Basic service and shipping information you may need
We do our best to accommodate shipment to anywhere and understand that not all of our customers have traditional/conventional street addresses. To provide the most extensive and protective coverage, our carriers do not ship to Postal Box addresses. However, to best serve and protect you, all small (consumables, parts etc) TMC orders are delivered to you directly via special carrier services.
For Order of Large equipment which normally requires proper authentication at every step during the delivery process. It cannot be delivered at a post box address.
Unfortunately, once your TMC equipment order ships it must go to the address provided at the time you placed your order. If you cannot receive or pick up your order for some reason then re-shipping charges are applied by the transporting company. If you do not take delivery of the equipment within 15 days it will be stored in the shippers warehouse and will start atracting damrage charges after a reasonable grace period. Please do mention a delivery address which does not change until you receive your equipment.
Most of our shipments contain valuable equipment and we like to ensure that our customers receive their equipment safely. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your equipment, consider shipping the item to an address where you or someone you trust will be available to sign for your equipment received. Please use your stamp and signature rightly.
Most carriers and and also rulings by custom and tax authorities require that you authenticate a purchase and prove that you have received the equipment you ordered. Besides since all the delivery documents are on your name it will not be possible to take delivery from the authorities without signing by you or your authorised representative.

As delivery to your site invoves handling of your equipment by personel from the shipping company TMC has very less control over this handling. However TMC makes every effort that the equipment delivered are received safely. We suggest you insure the equipment against transit damage and or theft. If your product was damaged in transit.

It is most unlikely that any item is missing as during shipping a three stage check is carried out as per the packing list. However it could be possible your shipment was split based on the equipment availability and that the missing sub-items will be shipped when they become available. In most cases this is informed well in advance. Your shipment confirmation will include a list of all items included in your shipment. To track your order, please check your Order History along with the tracking number provided to you.

Yes, we do ship internationally. We ship TMC products that are eligible for Standard Ground Shipping to all states and oblasts. TMC products that require Standard Freight Delivery are eligible for shipment by road. Orders that are placed internationally for shipment to addresses anywhere in the world can be shipped by AIR SHIPMENT or by SEA CARGO.
