Unfortunately, tax-exempt orders cannot be placed through TMC. Normally TMC does not have controlTax-exempt orders must be placed through TMC Customer Service. The payment is done either by an irrevocable Letter of credit from an established reputed international Bank or by pre-payment through wire transfer or a Banker's Cheque. As a policy TMC does not accept payment by credit card. However as TMC will only charge your credit card for your purchase order, that is 3.3 % of the invoice value. At the time you place your order your card is charged immediately. This is the only time TMC can use your card.
Pre-authorization holds normally expire within 15-30 days depending on your financial institution. But TMC has no facility of pre-authorization. We charge your card instantly for the value of 3.3% of the invoice value as LOI/PO charges, This is as authentication of your order. This value is adjusted in your final payment.
Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. However, the shipping address you wish to ship to does not need to match your billing or credit card address.
Only LOI charges can be paid by a credit card. The charge for your order will appear on your credit card as: "LOI*TMC".
Orders received are processed within thirty business days of payment authorization Please note that on occasion, such as during holidays and large sale events, there may be a slight delay in delivery time.
